Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven, independent, and ambitious Senior Account Executive to join our Key Account Management division. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating, managing, and expanding client relationships across banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain sectors, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.

As a senior member of the Key Account Management team, you will report to the Global Team Lead – Key Account Management, based in Zürich, Switzerland, while collaborating virtually with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with the experience and expertise to effectively represent the organization in engagements with key counterparties. Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and multinational corporations.

  • Develop and execute regional engagement plans and client strategies for key markets, including Switzerland, France, and parts of EMEA.
  • Drive sales growth by upselling RepRisk services across divisions and entire enterprises, aligning with the RepRisk client journey for assigned global financial institutions and major multinational corporations.
  • Strengthen RepRisk’s position as a leading ESG service provider by guiding clients through the platform and delivering high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain active communication with internal and external stakeholders, including contract and pricing negotiations, service level delivery, and acting as an escalation point for any issues.
  • Manage various operational and administrative tasks throughout the client relationship lifecycle.
  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role, overseeing a team of Account Managers focused on the EMEA market. 

 

  • 7+ years of relevant managerial and professional experience in a client-facing role within financial markets, asset management, or a corporate institution working with financial institutions. Proven track record in sales and contract negotiations.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong expertise in client engagement, teamwork, and relationship-building across all organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of business, financial, and technical terminology, including how organizations operate, compete, profit, and grow. Stays updated on industry developments and applies this knowledge effectively.
  • Strong technical understanding that enables seamless interaction with financial professionals, IT, and Product teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and simply to clients.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in high-pressure environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, along with either French or German.
