Your Responsibilities
As our Manager, Global Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and equipping our sales teams to thrive in a competitive global market. This is a unique opportunity to shape scalable processes, champion smart automation, and build cross-functional collaboration in a growing tech company.
In this role, you will:
- Optimize Sales Operations: Maintain Salesforce data integrity, streamline lead-to- close workflows, and define KPIs to drive performance.
- Support Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with tools and insights - from contact research and company briefings, and RFI/RFP support - to boost client engagement.
- Innovate Processes: Continuously assess and improve sales processes, automate repetitive tasks and remove bottlenecks to accelerate the sales cycles.
- Collaborate strategically: Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to shape go-to-market plans and enhance lead-nurturing strategies.
- Deliver Insights: Share competitive, market, and regulatory intelligence to guide strategic decisions and empower the team.
What You Offer
- Sales Operations Expertise: 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations in international banking and/or asset management supporting front line sales teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep proficiency in Salesforce, experience in tools like ZoomInfo, Pardot, Tableau, and Loopio is a strong plus.
- Process and Project Management skills: Strong command of presales processes with a proven ability to streamline and optimize them.
- Exceptional Communication: Confident working across teams and levels, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business objectives with operational insights and improvements.
- Full professional fluency in English.
