Your Responsibilities

Are you a global B2B marketing and communications leader with a proven track record in delivering integrated campaigns that resonate across 360-degree audiences? Are you adept at leading and executing winning content strategies that leverage the power of digital to boost brand reputation? Are you passionate about guiding teams to create engaging content (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) that propels audiences on their journey from first discovery to loyal brand advocates?

Our ideal candidate has solid global experience of leading and empowering teams of creative and design professionals to deliver outstanding content and campaigns that build brand reputation among target audiences. You have probably mastered your craft in a B2B corporate / business marketing and communications function in a financial institution or in a technology / IT environment. You have nurtured stakeholder relations from C-suite through to sales, and technical teams, enabling you to stay close to evolving business needs.

Your Role

As Director of Content & Campaigns, you will be part of RepRisk’s Commercial Division, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications globally. You will lead all aspects of our content strategy to position RepRisk as the world’s most respected data technology company for business conduct and ESG risk.

The high impact campaigns and content that your team delivers will shape audience perceptions of RepRisk as a ‘go to’ thought leader and as a premium market leader. You will be responsible for energizing and empowering your team – based in Europe and Manila – to deliver on-brand and on-message content for our thought leadership program, client success story campaigns, key product developments, propelling lead generation and building brand value. You will also be the ‘go to’ Marketing and Communications lead for our UK market.

  • Manage and lead a global team of content, design and creative professionals located in Europe and Asia.
  • Inspire, nurture and guide your team to deliver outstanding content and campaigns, that execute on the content strategy to achieve business goals.
  • Be an active brand guardian and messaging advocate.
  • Lead the design and execution of RepRisk’s content strategy, creating high quality, flexible, and modular content that resonates with audiences at each stage of the funnel.
  • Lead and deliver upon RepRisk’s thought leadership program, creating powerful editorial content that packages the opinions, insights and perspectives, in a structured way. 
  • Leverage the power of human-centric storytelling with digital content (e.g., video, podcasts, animated infographics, and social media visuals), to elevate / amplify online.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand colleagues to ensure that content produced adheres to our brand visual identity and guidelines, and those of Partners, as required.
  • Set the bar for RepRisk’s content standards and visibly champion them as a global brand guardian. Establish necessary governance (processes, templates, protocols etc.).
  • Lead, shape, plan and deliver timely and on-budget integrated campaigns across RepRisk’s channels, that reinforce RepRisk’s positioning among key target audiences.
  • Own and guide campaign communications, ensuring that key stakeholders understand the goals, objectives, timing and any required contribution.
  • Monitor, measure and report on the success of the campaigns, working closely with Digital Marketing and Brand colleagues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders spanning cross-divisional teams, including Commercial, Product, Technology, HR, Finance etc.
  • Engage with Marketing & Communications counterparts in Partner organizations when co-creating content.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years’ B2B global marketing and communications team leading skills, and within organizations where change and transformation is constant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing Postgraduate Diploma) are also considered.
  • Experience working in or with financial services, especially asset management and banking, or in technology / IT / digital / creative industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering winning content strategies – from thought leadership to client storytelling, ideally gained in the financial industry or in technology / IT / digital environments. You are used to driving an editorial cadence.
  • Deep experience delivering high impact marketing campaigns that optimize digital channels (Website, social media etc.) to reach target audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically, planning campaign strategies that directly help achieve business goals, while simultaneously, bringing a hands-on mindset.
  • You bring a real passion for storytelling and have guided campaigns that are human-by-heart to engage / inspire audiences and build brand reputation and pride.
  • Significant experience of creating content to fuel social media campaigns (paid-for and organic campaigns), in collaboration with Digital Marketing.
  • You are a natural brand champion and are comfortable guiding your teams to work within brand guidelines, and establishing processes, templates.
  • You have knowledge of the latest Content Marketing platforms, systems and tools, leveraging the power of AI, where appropriate.
  • Native English speaker, and every other language is a plus.
