CRM & Analytics Specialist

Your Responsibilities

As a CRM & Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing commercial tools including Salesforce CRM and leveraging Power BI to analyse data and provide actionable insights. Your expertise will help improve our customer engagement, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

Business Analysis 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs for enhancements of commercial applications especially the CRM. 
  • Configure and customize the commercial application to align with business processes and requirements. 
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data governance and management practices. 
  • Develop and provide training to maximize CRM system adoption and user efficiency. 
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. 

Data Analysis & Reporting 

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. 
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations. 

Strategic Planning & Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM and analytics solutions. 
  • Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance lead generation, customer engagement and loyalty. 
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Power BI features and best practices. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. 
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand skillset. 

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, specifically with Salesforce. 
  • Proficiency in Power BI with a strong experience of data visualization and reporting, Power Query and DAX. 
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus. 
  • Experience with other data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is an advantage.
